Specializing in VCFO services, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse array of fascinating businesses. Yet, it was the inception of my Offsourcing company that truly ignited my passion. Driven by a decade-long aspiration, I’ve seamlessly blended my wealth of experience with a vision for innovation. Through our Offsourcing solutions, we bridge geographical boundaries, empowering accounting firms and businesses with access to top-tier talent while ensuring the continuity of local oversight.
Manager – F&A
Palak is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Australian taxation and accounting. As Manager – Taxation at TaxOz Accountants, she provides strategic leadership across tax compliance, advisory, and operational delivery, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and ATO-compliant accounting solutions.
She specialises in income tax compliance, BAS and GST reporting, payroll and superannuation, financial statement preparation, and end-to-end bookkeeping services. Palak manages complex client portfolios and is highly regarded for her ability to translate technical tax matters into clear, practical advice that supports confident business decision-making.
Manager – F&A
Himank Jain is an experienced accounting professional with over eight years of experience in accounting and financial services. As Manager – Finance & Accounting at TaxOz Accountants, he plays a key role in overseeing financial operations, process standardisation, and service delivery for business and individual clients across Australia.
He brings strong technical capability in designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting systems across multiple accounting software platforms. Himank has been instrumental in building scalable operational frameworks, strengthening internal controls, and enhancing service efficiency, supporting the ongoing growth of TaxOz Accountants.
SMSF
Sarath is a highly experienced SMSF professional with over eight years of experience in SMSF administration and compliance, playing a pivotal role at TaxOz Accountants. As SMSF Team Manager, he leads the SMSF team, ensuring accurate compliance, timely lodgements, and a high standard of client service.
Working closely with leadership, auditors, and delivery teams, Sarath oversees end-to-end SMSF operations and ensures strict adherence to ATO and regulatory requirements. His structured approach, strong technical expertise, and focus on process improvement and quality control drive operational efficiency and consistent, reliable service delivery.
Senior Manager, HRBP & Client Success
Rohini Patil is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience and has been an integral part of TaxOz Accountants. In her role as Senior Manager – HRBP & Client Success, she plays a key role in strengthening people practices while ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery for our clients.
Working closely with leadership and delivery teams, Rohini helps align talent, processes, and client expectations across our accounting, taxation, and SMSF services. Her structured approach, strong stakeholder management, and focus on continuous improvement contribute directly to operational efficiency and long-term client satisfaction.
